Software and Remote Solutions:
OPA currently provides two solutions to its customers.
Solution 1: Fixed IP and Licensed Proxy Software: this solution uses IP recognition combined with proxy technologies through ID/PASS, using reliable third party and well selected hosting partners.
This procedure uses Ezproxy.
Solution 2: ID/PASS Access: OPA will implement a remote access procedure based on ID/PASS Authentication to selected data providers only. Please contact us for the list of supported providers.
This procedure uses Shibboleth, Athens and LDAP.

Some providers use their own remote access procedures based on proprietary software and these are not supported by any of the OPA solutions above, and Hosting will not be provided.
However, we are more than happy to assist you with any consultancy work or securing your remote access portals for this kind of services. Please ensure that Terms and Conditions from these providers are at hand before contacting us.
